TERMS & CONDITIONS Last updated: 21 August 2026 Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions govern bookings and services provided under the Slovenia Road Trips brand. Please read them carefully before confirming a journey. 1. About us Slovenia Road Trips is operated by: [FULL LEGAL COMPANY NAME] Registered address: [ADDRESS] Registration number: [NUMBER] VAT number: [VAT NUMBER] Email: [EMAIL] Telephone: [PHONE] Throughout these Terms, “Slovenia Road Trips”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the service provider named above. “You”, “guest”, “passenger” or “customer” refers to the person making the booking and, where relevant, the passengers covered by that booking. 2. Our services We primarily provide: private airport and point-to-point transfers; private day trips; custom private routes; and multi-day private driver journeys. Unless expressly stated otherwise in your booking confirmation, our service consists of private passenger transportation and associated route planning. Our drivers may provide general local knowledge and practical recommendations. A driver should not be understood to be providing a separately regulated or licensed tourist-guiding service unless this is expressly included and confirmed. 3. Booking enquiries A request submitted through our website, telephone, email, WhatsApp, Viber or another communication channel is an enquiry only and does not guarantee availability. A booking becomes binding when: we confirm the requested service in writing; you accept the quotation or booking details; and any required payment or deposit has been received, where applicable. Your written confirmation will normally specify the date, pickup location, destination or route, approximate duration, number of passengers, price and any special arrangements. 4. Accuracy of booking information You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to your journey. This includes, where applicable: flight information, pickup location, contact telephone number, number of passengers, luggage requirements, child-seat requirements and any mobility or accessibility needs that could affect the vehicle or service required. Please notify us promptly if any information changes. 5. Prices Prices are shown in euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Where a price is described as “per vehicle”, the price applies to the booked vehicle within its permitted passenger and luggage capacity, rather than separately to each passenger. Prices displayed as “from” are starting prices and may vary depending on route, date, duration, vehicle requirements, waiting time, requested stops or other circumstances. Custom routes receive an individual quotation. The final agreed price will be stated before the booking is confirmed. 6. What is included? Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation, the agreed price includes: the confirmed private vehicle and driver; transportation along the agreed route; normal vehicle operating costs; and agreed pickup and drop-off. Additional services are included only when specifically stated in the booking confirmation. 7. What is not included? Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include: entrance tickets; attraction admission; cable cars; boat tickets; meals or drinks; wine tastings; accommodation; licensed external guides; personal expenses; or other third-party services. Parking, road tolls and similar costs should be clearly stated in the quotation or booking confirmation as either included or additional. 8. Payment Accepted payment methods will be communicated before confirmation. Where a deposit or advance payment is required, the booking is not fully confirmed until the required amount has been received. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms shown in the quotation or booking confirmation. Customers are responsible for any bank, currency-conversion or payment-provider fees charged by their own bank or payment provider unless otherwise agreed. 9. Cancellation by the customer Your cancellation policy should be simple and visible. Recommended commercial structure for Slovenia Road Trips — confirm these periods before publishing: Service Cancellation Recommended charge Airport / point-to-point transfer More than 24 hours before pickup No cancellation fee Airport / point-to-point transfer Less than 24 hours / no-show Up to 100% Private day trip More than 48 hours before departure No cancellation fee Private day trip 24–48 hours before departure Up to 50% Private day trip Less than 24 hours / no-show Up to 100% Multi-day journey More than 7 days before start No cancellation fee Multi-day journey 72 hours–7 days before start Up to 50% Multi-day journey Less than 72 hours / no-show Up to 100% Do not publish this table until you have decided that these are genuinely the cancellation conditions you want to operate. Any non-refundable third-party costs incurred specifically at your request may remain payable where legally permitted, provided these were disclosed appropriately. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. 10. Booking changes We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests to change a booking. Changes remain subject to: availability, vehicle availability, route feasibility and any difference in price. A substantial change to the route, duration, date, passenger number or pickup location may require a new quotation. 11. Delayed flights Where you provide a correct flight number, we will make reasonable efforts to take known flight delays into account. Flight monitoring does not guarantee unlimited waiting time. Any included airport waiting period and any additional waiting charges should be stated in your booking confirmation. If your flight is cancelled, significantly delayed or changed, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. 12. No-shows A passenger may be treated as a no-show where they: do not arrive at the agreed pickup point within the agreed or reasonably communicated waiting period; cannot be contacted using the details supplied; and have not informed us of a delay or change. A no-show may be charged according to the applicable cancellation policy. 13. Journey times Any driving times, arrival times and itineraries shown on our website or provided before travel are estimates. Actual journey times may be affected by: traffic, roadworks, border controls, weather, seasonal road conditions, accidents, events, congestion, attraction opening times or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We therefore recommend allowing adequate time for flights, trains, appointments and other fixed commitments. 14. Mountain and seasonal routes Some routes and attractions are seasonal. For example, high-mountain roads such as Vršič Pass may be closed or restricted because of snow, weather, maintenance or traffic-management measures. Where a planned route becomes unavailable, we may propose a reasonable alternative itinerary. A particular road, viewpoint or attraction cannot be guaranteed where access depends on weather, authorities or third parties. 15. Third-party attractions and services Where we recommend or assist with attractions, restaurants, cable cars, tastings, boats or similar services, those services may be provided by independent third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, your contract for such a service is with that third-party provider. Their opening times, admission conditions, cancellation rules and availability are outside our direct control. 16. Important distinction regarding our multi-day “packages” The word “package” on our website may be used commercially to describe a pre-designed multi-day private driving itinerary. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, such an offering comprises our private transport/driver service and does not automatically include accommodation, meals, attraction tickets or other separately supplied travel services. This distinction matters legally. Under Slovenian and EU package-travel legislation, combining different types of travel services into a single product can in certain circumstances create a legally regulated “package travel” arrangement. Important for you internally: if you later begin selling hotels + transportation, or transportation + substantial attraction/tour services together at one total price, these Terms must be reviewed before you launch that product. 17. Vehicles and drivers We may use an equivalent vehicle where the originally planned vehicle becomes unavailable. All vehicles used for the service must be appropriately authorised and insured as required by applicable law. Where reasonably necessary, we may fulfil a booking using another qualified transport partner. In such cases, we remain responsible to the extent required by the agreement and applicable law. 18. Luggage Passengers must inform us in advance about unusually large amounts of luggage, bicycles, skis, oversized equipment or other items that may require additional vehicle capacity. We may refuse items that cannot be transported safely or legally. Passengers remain responsible for personal belongings and should not leave valuable items unattended in the vehicle. 19. Children and child seats Children must travel in accordance with applicable road-safety rules. Where a child seat or booster seat is required, please notify us during the booking process and provide the information reasonably necessary for us to prepare an appropriate restraint. An appropriate seat is subject to prior request and confirmation. 20. Accessibility and special requirements If a passenger has reduced mobility, uses a wheelchair or requires another specific accommodation, please tell us before confirming the booking. We will advise whether the requested journey and available vehicle can safely accommodate the requirement. 21. Passenger conduct Passengers must behave in a manner that does not endanger the driver, other passengers, the vehicle or other road users. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. We may refuse or terminate transportation where a passenger behaves violently, abusively or dangerously, seriously interferes with safe driving, or creates an unreasonable risk to people or property. Mandatory consumer and passenger rights remain unaffected. 22. Weather and circumstances beyond our control We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as: extreme weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, natural events, border restrictions, government action, major traffic disruption or emergencies. Where such an event prevents us from providing a confirmed service, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative, reschedule the journey or provide any refund required by applicable law. 23. Our responsibility We are responsible for providing the confirmed service with reasonable care and professional diligence. We are not responsible for losses caused by: incorrect information provided by the customer; missed flights or connections where adequate time was not allowed; independent third-party providers; or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for personal injury or other mandatory consumer rights. 24. Website information and photography We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices, itineraries, photographs, descriptions and other website information are accurate. Destination photographs are illustrative of the places and experiences offered. Seasonal appearance, weather and actual conditions will naturally vary. Website itineraries are examples and may be adjusted according to the confirmed booking. 25. Complaints If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue. Complaints may be submitted to: [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] Please provide your name, booking reference, journey date and a clear description of the issue. 26. Alternative dispute resolution Slovenian businesses must provide information on their website and in their general terms about the registered consumer ADR provider they recognise—or make clear where they do not recognise one. Before publishing, choose ONE of the following and delete the other: Option A — if you do not participate voluntarily: “Slovenia Road Trips does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution registered under the Slovenian ZIsRPS as competent for resolving consumer disputes, unless participation is required by applicable law.” Option B — if you choose a provider: “For out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, Slovenia Road Trips recognises [REGISTERED IRPS PROVIDER], [ADDRESS / WEBSITE].” Do not copy an old template link to the EU ODR platform. That platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. 27. Data protection Personal information connected with enquiries and bookings is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 28. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Where the customer is a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives the customer of mandatory consumer protections that apply under applicable national or EU law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent court determined under applicable law unless the parties resolve the matter amicably or through an available alternative dispute-resolution procedure. 29. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to an already confirmed booking are generally those accepted when that booking was concluded, except where a change is required by mandatory law or expressly agreed with the customer. 30.
